Lothar Baldus contributes remarkably strong selling and leadership skills to the company.
During the last 20 years he has gained experience in distribution, conception and development of business management software, portals for financial institutions, develop- and project management for new internet- and mobile communication technologies, amongst others in CEO positions at several software companies in Germany and Switzerland. His experience has been most valuable to the company.
Michael Gleichauf, CIO
Founder and Chief Information Officer
Michael Gleichauf has vast experience as chief executive officer at several companies in Germany and Switzerland and has for many years been the contact person responsible for major customers in fields of product launch and multimedia presentations.
He has over 25 years of experience in project management, employee recruitment, distribution of business management software, software counselling, planning and coordination of market analysis, control and development of Target group oriented concepts, including their technical implementation.
Stefan Gumpp, CFO
Head of Accounting and Controlling
Stefan Gumpp has a degree in business administration, as well as an active Career as CEO of a Swiss software company (Foxbrain AG). In addition he possesses over 25 years of experience in fields of business management software, both as vendor and user.
His professional and well-grounded experience in various positions as head of a controlling team (Verkehrshaus Luzern), development team and support team, as well as a staff member in project management and quality management makes him the perfect head of controlling for OrgaPhone.
Ralph Bayer, CMO
Marketing and Sales Director
with his BBA in International Business and Marketing and as a mechanical engineer focusing on development and production, Ralph Bayer brings nearly twenty years of experience to the company.
Ralph Bayer has gained his experience in sales, marketing, project management and business development through a variety of leadership positions. As International Senior Project Manager as well as head of sales and marketing, Ralph Bayer has been the head of many projects in successful businesses in Europe, Middle and Far East, Asia and North America.
Ralph Bayer has also been the CEO of internationally successful businesses in special machine and facility construction, service industry as well as in the plastics development and production branch.
Oliver Podzun
Head of Business Development
Oliver Podzun holds a Bachelor of Marketing & Distribution (cci), Manager f. Internationalization (RKW), Quality Manager (BVQI) and completed his training as an electrical engineer. He has expert knowledge in Business Development, Marketing, Sales Management, Project Management, telematics and mobile communication & positioning technologies (GNSS, RFID,WLAN, UMTS, GSM, etc.), in addition:
- Building businesses in new technologies and new markets
- Management of national and international projects
- Brand building and brand management, trademark and patent system
- Installation and development of sales and product management
- Industries: New technologies (Internet/telematic), LBS (Location Based Services)

Dr. Achim Hornecker
Dr. Hornecker graduated 17 years ago, his degree in mathematics and computer science, then the doctoral mathematics (dynamical systems) and various courses in: Silicon Graphics system administration.
Its core competence lies in particular in:
Components of mathematical programming, mathematical modeling problem-settings with Maple or Matlab, graphics and visualization, ray tracing, image-processing, compression algorithms, numerical algorithms, Dynamic Systems, Internet / Intranet: Web development, design, programming Development of VR environments, development and administration of heterogeneous networks, and design and quality management.
Michael Conz
Michael Conz studied computer science and computational linguistics at the University of Stuttgart. He worked at the Stuttgart Supercomputing Center before heading technical support in distribution companies for high performance storage systems.
His core competence lies in particular in planning, developing, and roll-out of storage area networks and analyzing complex network and storage environments. With more then ten years of experience in the storage and network industry, he developed strong communication skills while dealing with customers and suppliers from Asia, Europe and the US.
Frank J. Dorfer
Franc J. Dorfer has a degree in business administration and looks back to a career as entrepreneur since 1983 with his first company specialized in software for database Management for large organizations like banks (private banking, credit card systems, etc.), insurance companies (life and material insurance) as well as government organizations (tax, security, etc.).
After selling his company he served one of the largest US and the largest Italian investment bank as M&A specialist and today consults innovative businesses like OrgaPhone in the field of business development, project management, international finance and business relations for international and complex projects, which require high intercultural skills and international networks, as well as deep knowledge of international business rules, laws and financial systems.
Mr. Dorfer has successfully conducted business in the field of key IT and software projects for telecommunication companies with partners in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Kuwait before.
